These Terms govern the purchase of digital game keys and bundles from Nordkey. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. Purchases cannot be completed as a guest.
2. Products and compatibility
Products are digital activation keys. You are responsible for checking the stated platform, device, region, language and system requirements before purchase. A bundle contains the individual keys listed on its product page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. The final total, applicable taxes and payment method are shown before confirmation. An order is accepted only after payment authorisation and our order confirmation.
4. Delivery
Keys are delivered electronically to the email address linked to your account or displayed in the authenticated order area. Orders may be held briefly for fraud, payment or availability checks.
5. Digital-content consent
At checkout you may request immediate supply of digital content. Where applicable, you acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right ends once supply begins with your prior express consent.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use automated purchasing, false identities, stolen payment instruments, or resell keys unless we have agreed to this in writing. We may suspend orders reasonably suspected of fraud or abuse.
7. Problems and liability
Contact support promptly if a key is missing, invalid or incompatible with its listing. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes and contact
